One of Canarian isles, many (island!) endemic species, some exotics from USA, stone deserts with beautiful scenery, quite special birds like Hubara (Kraagtrap), Cream-coloured Courier (Renvogel), Blackbellied Sandgrouse (Zwartbuikzandhoen) and Barbary Falcon (Barbarijse Valk), vaste vulcanian rock areas, nice quiet (sand!) beaches and beautiful dunes. pretty villages and an overall impressive scenery. We stayed away from tourist areas and resorts.
