Nikkor 70-200mm F/2.8, a fast (“reporters”) lens, ideal for photographing nearby or large birds or action.
Three telescopes, Nikon ED82, Swarovski STMHD50 and STMHD80 in combination with a high quality digicompact like Panasonic G3 or Nikon mirrorless V1 for so called digiscoping, using the image output of a telescope as input for a small digicompact, usually photographing smaller birds far away.
