Quiet, pleasant hotel in the middle of a great vast birding area. Fifteen minutes walk to centre village or quiet beach. Second half April through first half May is best time birding, before tourist beach season starts.

We visited and photographed birds in Holland, Lesbos (Greece), Algarve and Alentejo both Portugal, East Poland, Hungary, Morocco, Estremadura (central Spain), Fuerteventura (Spanish isle west of South Africa).

In the following pages we show our impressions of flora, fauna, rivers, wetlands, wadi’s, vallies, beaches, villages and views and some friendly quiet hotels or bungalow parks and other places which offered us time and time again a very pleasant quiet stay in the middle of wonderful surrounding nature and many birds of numerous species.
