What precisely is “lightweight bird photography” ???

  1. No big lenses over 2000 gram.
  2. Always in focus pictures.
  3. Preferably handheld or ultra light tripod.
  4. Sufficient knowledge of birds and their behaviour.
  5. No disturbing birds.

Example of equipment

Our choice has always been to use Nikon equipment. However using lightweight equipment of other brands like Canon, Fujifilm, Panasonic, Zeiss and several others is of course aalso an option.
